Mixed Media Challenge

This project is designed for high school students in advanced classes. The only requirements of this project are to combine cardboard, paper, and fabric and use embroidery. Everything else is left for students to make artistic decisions. Students are asked to experiment with materials and use their knowledge to solve problems they encounter while making their piece. Each student develops their own processes and each piece becomes something unique.
